Submit your work for consideration to be performed before a live audience in Belfast Maine.
Plays should be emailed in blind PDF format with contact info in body of the email to ColdComfortTheater@gmail.com
One submission per playwright.
Preference will be given to works with six actors or less.
Playwrights whose work is selected will pay a $50 non-refundable fee to Cold Comfort Theater to cover production costs. Cold Comfort will provide posters and programs and social/print publicity.
Cold Comfort will receive ticket monies and any gate donations.
The plays will be performed as staged readings at UMaine's Hutchinson Center, Rte 3 in Belfast in May.
A talk-back, Q&A session with the audience will occur after the show for playwrights and directors.
