During the Spring Writer's Cohort, we hope to provide a safe space for transgender and non-binary playwrights in NYC to workshop new full-length works. Whether you're workshopping a previously produced work or starting from square one, we want to support and help you build your story. Each week, Monday nights from 6pm-9pm, selected writers will meet and will be given the opportunity to workshop their pieces and support their fellow cohort members* works. This can mean your new pages being read allowed by fellow writers, brainstorming sessions from previous pages, or any other way we would best assist you in the writing process. There is no fee to apply. Writers will be selected and notified in early April. If you have any questions, please email freshbinderproductions@qmail.com
