Little Fish Theatre (San Pedro CA) is accepting scripts for our 20th Annual PICK OF THE VINE short play production to be presented in 2022.
There will be a $75 flat fee royalty payment to playwrights per play produced. (or $25 flat fee royalty if presented virtually)
Submission Guidelines:
1. Submissions accepted starting June 1, 2021. Submission deadline is June 30, 2021.
3. Submissions are only accepted via Google Form at https://bit.ly/POV2022.
4. First Play Submission is FREE.
5. To submit a 2nd Play - a $5* payment is required via paypal. Complete second Google Form at : https://bit.ly/POV2022-2nd followed by $5 payment to https://www.paypal.me/SBTSLFT/5.
6. Plays will require no more than 6 actors.
7. Plays will run no more than 15 minutes, no exceptions.
8. Plays will have minimal set, costume, prop, and special effect requirements.
*The $5 fee for 2nd play Submission helps fund the royalty payments for Playwrights as well as cover expenses such as printing, advertising, and supplies.
Timeline for submissions:
1. Semi-finalists will be notified via email by mid-September. Only those playwrights whose pieces have progressed to the semi-final round will be notified.
2. Playwrights whose pieces have been chosen for Production will be notified via email in November.
