Playwrights are invited to gather to share short samples of their work, request readings of short pieces of work by others in the group, discuss topics of interest and importance to the playwriting community in general.
This series moves to every 2nd Tuesday, starting September 12, 7pm. The first few sessions (September and October at least) will meet in person at The LAVA Center, then the sessions will move to Zoom for the winter.
These sessions are open to anyone interested, and are a great way to get involved in LAVA’s burgeoning theater scene. Regularly participating playwrights may have the opportunity to further develop and stage their work at The LAVA Center.
