For our third season, the Denizens Theater Company will be exploring the theme "Fear the Future", an examination of how people react to and navigate change. This includes:
-Personal vs Social changes
-Re-entering the world, post-covid
-All the ways tech helps or destroys
-What it means to be on the "right" or "wrong" side of history
-What stays the same as things change.
-How change ties into race, identity, politics, relationships, revolutions
We are seeking 10 min plays for our annual evening of one-acts, "Snapshot".
Particularly seeking plays that are: Sci-fi, Historical, about Covid, Dark Comedy.
We are also seeking interested directors for a Fall 2022 or Winter 2023 production.
