Bluebird Theatre Company invites you to submit your scripts for consideration at our upcoming Bluebird Salon, happening the first half of August (exact date TBD) at Young Ethel’s in Brooklyn.
Bluebird Salon is a gathering of artists and enthusiasts alike, offering a platform for the presentation and exploration of new works in a staged script reading style. Whether it’s a thought-provoking screenplay, a captivating stage play, or any other form of creative expression, we welcome diverse voices and narratives. - Email your script to salon@bluebirdtheatre.org by June 28, 2024.
- Include a brief synopsis and any relevant production history.
- Scripts of all lengths and genres are welcome, scripts with 2-5 actors are preferred.
Note to NYC Locals: If you’re a resident of the greater New York area and interested in participating as a reader at the Salon, we’d love to hear from you! Please indicate your availability and willingness to participate and we will get back to you.
