Whether it’s a ghostly gathering at a festive dinner, a spooky twist on holiday traditions, or a chilling winter tale, we encourage all kinds of imaginative interpretations of the theme. And here’s a fun challenge—bonus points for including Bigfoot!
Why Bigfoot? Because Bigfoot is the mascot for the Spokane Falls Community College! We'd love to see some plays where this Pacific Northwest legend is a fitting addition to our festive and eerie, play festival.
What to Expect:
Playwrights will be notified of their selection by November 20, 2024. Chosen plays will be part of our Haunting Holidays festival on December 7, 2024. There is no submission fee, and no participation fee if selected.
No Self-Production Required:
If your play is chosen, SFCC will handle all aspects of the production. You do not need to self-produce or cover any costs.

The Spartan Theatre at Spokane Falls Community College is thrilled to announce our inaugural One Page Play Festivalwith the theme Haunting Holidays! We are seeking submissions from playwrights all over the world to be showcased in a staged reading format. Selected plays will be performed live at SFCC’s Spartan Theatre on Saturday, December 7, 2024.
