The Nora Theatre Company and Underground Railway Theater currently accept submissions from both playwrights and agents.

We encourage you to learn more about each company’s mission and production history to determine the best match for your work.

Please submit a cover letter that includes contact information (including email address); a brief (one to two paragraphs) synopsis of your play; a cast list including doubling, if applicable; a ten-page sample scene that best represents the most salient characteristics of the play; any production/development history; and a brief playwright’s bio.

We will request a full-script if we feel that the play meets our needs and merits further reading.
