NPA ANTHOLOGY: NORTHNORTHWEST – CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS

The Northwest Playwrights Alliance is now accepting submissions for its 6th edition of “NorthNorthwest,” an annual anthology of ten-minute plays. (NorthNorthwest is co-sponsored by NPA and Seattle Repertory Theatre.

This year’s theme: “Tatemae” which, roughly translated from Japanese, means “the public face” or “front.”

No fee.

Limit two ten-minute scripts per playwright.

Deadline for scripts: April 18, 2011.

If selected, notification will be no later than July 18.

NPA will not retain rights of any kind. Payment: international fame and complimentary copies. Scripts will also be considered for NPA’s annual tour to NYC and England, as well as production with our 13 annual summer festival with the Academy of International Education (AIE), co-sponsored with the Broadway Center for the Performing Arts in Tacoma, WA.
