SUBMISSION FORM

When submitting a proposal please include the following information:

Type of show (i.e., comedy, drama, murder mystery, etc.).

Brief synopsis, number of acts, and running time of the show.

Number of men, women, children, etc. Any special casting requirements.

Number of locations along with a brief description of each.

Publishing/Performance Rights holder along with costs for rotalties/scripts.

Budget requirements including special costumes, props, effects, etc.
