Deadline: November 19, 2020 12 PM EST
This special will feature original performances by Black LGBTQ artists that are holiday-themed, uplifting, and family-friendly. Your piece can be a short play or musical, a sketch, a comedy routine, storytelling, or something else! Each artist will receive a stipend. The special will be streamed live and available for replay on Youtube.
Each piece must be:
*Created by a Black LGBTQ artist.
*Under ten minutes.
*Related to Thee Winter Holidays. Themes might include: snow, chosen family, anti-capitalist gift giving, quarantine dinner parties, hibernating, staycations, etc.
*Family-friendly. It doesn’t need to be for kids, but should be PG-13-ish.
*Uplifting! It’s okay to mention sad feelings or trauma, but the overall tone should be positive, funny, or cheerful.
Submissions are due Thursday, November 19th at 12:00pm EST.
