The audience will vote on their favorite play each night, and the winning scriptwriter will receive $50.

B3 Productions of Phoenix, Arizona, seeks scripts for their Second Festival of Shorts in June 2019. These will be fully rehearsed shows. Performance dates are June 7-16.
The audience will vote on their favorite play each night, and the winning scriptwriter will receive $50.
- The subject matter is open, although preference will be given to experimental and progressive works. There should be minimal setting, prop, and costume requirements. All genres welcome, including monologues and musicals. (If you are submitting a musical, please also attach a link to the audio files on google drive.)
- Entries should be 5-15 pages, including the title and cast page.
- One entry per playwright, please.
- Previous productions are okay.
- International submissions are welcome, but the text must be in English.
- Please scrub your submission of your name and personal information. Include that information in the body of your email, along with the title of the play.
- Please put the following in the subject line of your email: Submission: Name of Play
- The format may be docx or pdf.
- There is no fee with this contest.
- Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 PM, January 15, 2019.
- Entries will be capped at 200. Please check our website at b3theater.com for a notice of when the cap has been reached.
