Submissions are now being accepted for the Sultan Padamsee Award for Playwriting, 2016. The deadline is 31 August, 2016 and entrants should be ‘a person of Indian origin from any country’. The organisers are looking for plays 75 – 120 mins in duration and the works must be in English and be unproduced, unperformed and original.
All entries should be accompanied by a synopsis, writer's biodata, photograph and contact details
Each submission should be sent in both hard and soft copies.

Winners will be announced at Literature Live! The Mumbai LitFest in November, 2016 and selected scenes from the three successful plays will be read out at the awards ceremony.
